Namestamp.com solves an age-old problem for parents with a fun and easy product that even gets the kids excited. Designpax was hired to take the brand and e-commerce site to the next level.


NameStamp.com was inspired by the idea of solving the problem of identifying and reducing lost clothing and belongings at home, school, daycare, or camp. They do this by offering a stamp where they can stamp an impression of the child's name on their clothing or other valuable items. Each stamp is personalized with unique information, incorporating cute designs from sparkly stars and colorful unicorns to adorable animals. 


The company had two specific requirements:

Firstly, to design a strong brand that appealed not only to parents but also to their children. Secondly, to create an e-commerce website that allowed for the personalization of physical products and had informative content on how to use those products.

The new brand needed to reflect the fun and excitement of creating a personalized stamp and appeal to NameStamp's key target audience: parents with children.


Designpax started with a mini rebranding. The new brand was then taken online with updates to its website, social accounts, ad accounts, and on- and offline marketing materials. Designpax chose to continue building the site using the Shopify platform. Designpax are experts in E-Commerce, specifically Shopify, and appreciate how the platform supports the entire customer journey within its ecosystem.

Designpax also created custom Photoshop scripts and automations to optimize internal workflows. The integration of the marketing automation platform Omnisend enabled the site to incorporate further functionality, facilitating specific discounts and post-purchase marketing and offers.

Designpax also fixed the broken Google Analytics implementation done by the previous agency, which caused inaccurate reporting and low ROI in advertising spending.



The results of our brand refresh, updated website, and proper analytics and reporting implementation have netted a 239% increase in sales, a 51% increase in conversion rate, and a 64% increase in site traffic. Following the website's successful relaunch, NameStamp.com retained Designpax to maximize performance, including managing the site's SEO, PPC marketing, and social advertising.
