Ayal has over 8 years of experience in the online advertising industry. Prior to DesignPax Ayal worked in business development at Advertising.com (an AOL Company), the largest advertising network in the world and interacted with large sites such as Weather.com, WashingtonPost.com, FoxNews.com and People.com. He previously business development roles with internet companies including IncrediMail and TheWallStreetReporter.com. He also founded a number of companies including an online retailer of college textbooks and a NYC-based entertainment portal Nightliferatings.com. When not in the office you can find Ayal hitting balls in the tennis courts.

Guy has an extensive background in business operations and ran projects for major clients at a design agency based in New York. Previously Guy was a Senior Procurement Specialist for the Israeli Ministry of Defense (stationed in New York) and led purchasing negotiations valued at over $100mil with leading companies such as Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell and Lockheed Martin. Guy manages operations during the day and dances tango at night.

| Lily began her formal studies in the field of Fine Arts, and only later on moved to graphic design and animation. In Lily's eyes, these fields are very similar as they all consist of starting with many pieces of a puzzle (and like any puzzle, you're always missing a couple of pieces). You keep connecting and disconnecting these pieces in different ways, until a new composition is created, one that you never pictured when you started. This is a magical moment. Apart from being a full time web designer at DesignPax, Lily animates short movies in 3D, and never leave the house without a book. |

I’m committed to creating beautiful and highly functional landing pages, banners and logos, following the exact specifications of the clients. Apart from design, I love spending time with my family, good food, good films, good books, always surrounded by beautiful colors.” |
